  • The most efficient way to clear the house is in one fell swoop via an estate sale; an added benefit is turning as much of it as possible into cash!

  • Protecting the environment and personal security are two of my top priorities.  I collect and/or haul away all recycling; donate unsold, low-value bulk, keeping it out of landfills; and burn or oversee the shredding of sensitive documents to protect privacy.

  • I provide everything we'll need for your successful sale, including paid staff, signage, advertising, tables, electronic payment options for buyers who don't use cash, and both cash and electronic payment reports via Square, a mobile electronic payments provider .

  • You never know which one of our sale buyers might turn into your home's buyer!  I'll work with your realtor to promote the sale of your home in all sale advertising and at the sale itself.  

  • I understand the emotional difficulty of decluttering and clearing.  Even in the most loving, stable families or relationships, grief, stress, item overload and financial burden can tax communication and coping skills.  I can be a buffer, a neutral third party and a trusted advisor, helping you and your family make the best decisions while avoiding conflict.

  • My fees are extremely competitive, typically lower than those of professional organizers, estate sale companies or resellers.  Although I can't guarantee that anything will sell, your potential for not only recouped fees, but also profit, is extremely high, meaning that my work often more than pays for itself.
